Standard rates from:(up to 6 people):
Summer: $400 per night
Winter: $550 per night
Christmas / New Year / Cropover / Test Cricket:  $1100 per night
Additional guests (to a maximum of 10) @ $55 per person per night.

“Honeymoon” Rate from:(2 persons only)
Summer: $300 per night
Winter: $450 per night
NB: Maid will only come in for half day every 2nd day.

Longer Term Rate (14 nights +)
All nights booked over 14 are charged at 50% of applicable daily rate

Weddings
The Property is available for intimate Weddings subject to negotiation and restrictions.

  • During the Winter season (14th December to 30th April) a minimum booking of seven (7) nights is required.
  • Rates are subject to 10% VAT
  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable prior to occupancy
  • Payment is refundable on cancellations made 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival for all bookings (less 10% of the total cost, which is non-refundable)
  • Rates and villa information are subject to final confirmation

The house is available for rent via VRBO, Owners Direct, AirBNB and HomeAway so we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment on dates
